• All Dive Paradise packages include a "Bienvenidos" (welcome) tank for practice shore dive on arrival date.
  
• Any Equipment and/or Park fees when diving are not included and must be paid in Cozumel.
  
• Non-diver accommodations must be shared with diver.
  
• All posted rates in US$ and include the 10% "Mexican Government Tax".
  
• Prices (diving only and packages for June - Dec, 2012) are subject to change after a re-evaluation of the world economic situation at mid year (May 2012). IE: Increases would be in the form of a surcharge, and any un-deposited reservation (June - Dec) would be vulnerable to that surcharge.
• Day dives are "Caribbean" 2-tank boat dives, afternoon dives are single tank boat dives. To convert to 3 tank trips add $30 per day.
  
• The morning dive trips are "Caribbean" style. They utilize a big boat and include a snack, water/soft drinks, use of tanks, weights, belt, and an in-water divemaster. No upgrades are permitted unless space is available. There is an additional US$10 (per trip) surcharge for all upgrades. NOTE: "Express" boats can only accommodate 2 dives per trip because of space limitations therefore the third dive (available on the "Caribbean" trip) is forfeited.
  
• A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservation unless otherwise stated.
  
• There are absolutely NO CHANGES to the packages as shown (other than stated) and no refunds will be granted for unused services.
  
• Promotional packages are not available during certain "blackout" dates - see listing above.
  
• Any cancellations must be made at least 21 days before arrival in high season and 7 days prior to arrival in low season.
  
• For group bookings, request group comp structure for your specific hotel. Blackout dates still apply.
  
• Vouchers (from booking agency) for diving services must be presented at Dive Paradise's main store, 602 Melgar Ave., or one of our branches at Barracuda, Hotel Cozumel & Resort or Villablanca Hotels at least 12 hours prior to commencement of services.
