Sergio took us to Paradise Reef on the last dive and we saw a pod of 8 dolphins! | As a rookie diver from Maine, I cannot say enough kind words about my dive experience aboard the Tango. Dive Masters, Gato, Emilio and Marcus were very patient with me on my first dive. The Panacar reef, Panacar Gardens and ship wreck were absolutely breath taking. Emilio was so respectful of the reef and plant life by pointing out safe sandy bottom for our group to stop and admire a turtle, lobster or crab. He found an octopus, shark, a gang of 7 baracuda passes beside us, an enormous moray eel... the list continues as well as the incredible memories. Looking forward to returning, thank you for your hospitality. | |||

| Contacted Apple well in advance of my trip to Cozumel with the intent of becoming open water certified. Followed Apple's advice and when I arrived Jose, my instructor was ready but the weather was not. First three days the harbor was closed due to rough seas but Jose and I completed all the confined water requirements in the pool at Hotel Cozumel. The weather cleared and we made four open water dives completing my requirements for certification. Although the three course took five days I was not charged one extra dime for the course. The equipment was super, the instructor was the best. Jose took the time needed with me. My comfort level soared because of him. Thanks to Apple, Jose and the gang at Dive Paradise. They are the best! | |||

| Thanks Dive Paradise for a great week of diving. Had not been wet for a while and had a fantastic check-out dive with Ismail-he got my weight perfect and my buoyancy was spot on every dive. My B.C.was old and worn out. Rented all my equipment from Dive Paradise and everything was set up for me on the boat every day. Fourth trip to Cozumel but haven't been back for a few years-I was afraid the reefs might have deteriorated -but everything is just as magnificent as it was twenty years ago-I won't stay away long now. By the way the food is great at Hotel Cozumel. See you soon! | |||

| Apple I would again like to Thank you for getting everything setup for our dives last week and a special thanks to Katie at A1 Scuba for all of her help. I would also like to say as a business owner I look close at customer service. We have been diving with Dive Paradise for many years and I noticed that the service your people gave us and everyone around us last week was exceptional! We had my niece Molly with us that was finishing her last two open water dives; we also had my parents and AnnaMaria’s parents (who are non-divers)and the entire family made comments on how friendly everyone on your staff was and how welcome they made us feel. We are always more than happy diving with Jose’ and Victor but it seems like the entire crew has stepped up to a quality level that you do not see in other areas…! | Dive Paradise divemasters were professional, safe and extremely helpful. They took their jobs seriously and kept us safe and comfortable. As a newbie I was assigned a personal divemaster, Julio, who took me under his wing and made sure I got a glimpse of the undersea life - seahorse, crabs, lobsters, barracuda, skates, colorful fish of all sorts. I have been down to Cozumel 5 times since then (not nearly enough) and have never considered diving with anyone else. We have stayed at several different hotels, houses and cruise ships where others were recommended but I am very happy with the service they have given me, my family and friends over the years. | Cozumel was my very first diving trip...HOLY COW!!! I'm ruined for life...I don't know that anything will compare to Cozumel or Dive Paradise. Martin M. was my 'personal' divemaster (I came by myself)--He was the absolute, most wonderful, amazing diver and human!!! There is no doubt I will ask for him to dive with me again on my next trip and probably EVERY trip to Cozumel in the future---I enjoyed him so very much! I am also certain I will ONLY dive with DP when I come to Cozumel--All of the DM's and crews were AWESOME--especially Emilio (and Angel, who took care of me on land!) | Just returned from another wonderful week's vacation with Dive Paradise. All the staff and divemasters were fabulous, treating me like much-loved family. And the diving was spectacular as always even on those days when what eventually became TS Debby affected our weather. I don't think I've ever done more dives - 18 in 6 days including 1 day with 4. The final dive was on Chauncanab Balones where I came within 4' of a big eagle ray and then swam with it for what was probably only 15-20 seconds but seemed like forever. At that point, I ended my dive (10 minutes early) because my trip was complete and no way anything was going to top it. Will be back in December. | |||

| Just got done booking another trip to Cozumel and of coarse we booked with Dive Paradise. Ithink this will be our 6th trip with them and stay at the Hotel Barracuda. We try to go to Cozumel at least once a year. We always use Dive Paradise because we feel safe and everyone there does thier best to give the best dive experience possible. Last year Emillio found a camera on the reef. He took several pictures of our group and then turned it in to the dive shop. They were able to track down the owner and the camera was mailed to them in the states. A lot of people would have just kept the camera or sold it. Dive Paradise is great and although we dive in other countries we look forward to our trips to Cozumel and diving with Dive Paradise. | |||

Safety procedures were followed conscientiously, the scheduling was flexible, the boats were well-maintained, and everyone including the desk personel, the guys at the dock, the boat captains and crew as well as the divemasters were always friendly, helpful and courteous. After talking with many other divers during the week - some returning regulars and other first-time customers, everyone agreed that Dive Paradise really does a terrific job and would always be first choice for diving Cozumel. | AN EXCELLENT OUTCOME After surfacing from the 8th dive of our 15 dive trip my husband complained that his legs were numb, one of the sypmtoms of "the bends." We told our dive master who immediately put Paul on 100% oxygen and radioed for him to be picked up, by ambulance, at the nearest boat dock. We then headed for the dock as quickly as possible. When we arrived at the dock Paul was loaded into the waiting ambulance and we headed for the decompression chamber in town. By this time Paul's numbness had pretty much subsided but, do to our training, we knew that this did not mean that he was safe. He spent 6 hours in the chamber and then we made daily trips to the hospital for rechecks for the next 3 days when Paul was cleared to fly. We are careful experienced divers (200+ dives for each of us). No one can tell us why Paul had a problem (we've talked to several people that have had unexplained DCS). With the excellent and IMMEDIATE care he received from the Dive Paradise staff and the decompression crew in Cozumel he suffered no long-term effects. This experience makes us very leary of ever diving where there is not an accessible chamber. Thank you, Dive Paradise. We'll be back. |

Whatever we wanted we received. However, if we asked for something "not as good as something else," the dive master was not afraid to speak up and they always delivered. The express dives got us to the reefs before everyone else and that meant our second dive was pristine as well. Muy bien Dive Paradise!!!!! | |||

| Just got to Dallas after leaving Cozumel and Dive Paradise. The crew of Dive Paradise did a bang up job of handling a large group of divers gathered together through Scubaboard.com. In the past we've gone with the group, which was fine, but with Lois we were able to customize the dives a little more a spend more time on the things we wanted to see and there was a lot to see. | Did 13 dives with Dive Paradise, second trip that we have used them. Everyone is great, my new prescription mask got broken on the first trip out when a tank fell over. The equipment manager was able to fix it at a reasonable charge of only $10. All dive masters and captains were excellent! Had a great time, will be back! | |||

| I couldn't agree more with the posting on 02/23/2011 by Vincent and Kay. The hotel and dive shop staff were top notch. The little extra's of fruit & water on the boats between dives. Also the dive masters were attentive, funny and TOP NOTCH. I also had Giovani on my first dives...the boat staff were very helpful too. My son took the course while in Cozumel. When he did his first dives we had Isreal(sp) as our dive master. He, also, stayed around my son until he felt comfortable. Isreal would provide advice one on one and praise him for how well he was doing. Both dive masters were very clear on their expectations before, during and after the dive. Basically we were to have fun, dive safely which everyone did. Isreal was awesome but all the Dive masters I encountered were Top Notch. Job well done Dive Paradise. I never heard a negative complaint while staying there from Feb 20-27. I would and will go back. I would recommend this dive shop and cozumel hotel to anyone.!! Keep up the good work | |||

| WE just got back from Cozumel diving. Kay and I were there with our long time buddys Jeff and Carmen. I hope this s wont be long for all the good things I have to say. Our dive Master the first 2 days was Giovani ( hope I spelled his name right). This was our first ocean dive and Kay had some axiety on the first day. Giovani was top notch, Great Dive Master,Great Personality.He took the time on each dive to be near Kay until she was comfortable. He went over pre-dives with us very clearly. We were so much impressed with Dive Paradise and The staff at Hotel Cozumel were top notch. They really made our stay so pleasant,They really know how to make you feel very Welcome. Also Emillio (Dive Master) Top Notch guy. He was our Dive Master the last day without the Ladys.Because of the great experiance that we had on this trip,We have decided to make this an annual trip if not more.To anyone reading this and is uncertain on who to book your dives with, you wont go wrong with Dive Paradise and Hotel Cozumel. | We went diving over Christmas and had a great time. Fourth time with DP, wouldn't go with anyone else. Emilio,best dive guide ever, found a camera on the reef one day. He took a few pictures with it and turned it in to the DP management They somehow tracked down the owner and were going to mail it to him in the states. | Sometimes you just can't say enough good things about an experience you have had! This is one of those times. This was my 4th trip with DP and they just keep getting better. I came with a small group of 6 divers and we were treated like royalty. Dove most of the week with Santos and he took extra good care of us. As did Angel at the desk. All the people I came in contact with went out of their way to accommodate us. | Well, in just a few days I will be returning to Cozumel for my 8th time. I always stay at Fiesta Americana and dive with Apple. It's the best experience ever. I just love the crew and I am always given the pleasure to dive with the staff, Emilio, Jose Poule, and Marteen. The staff at Dive Paradise is very accommodating and always treats our group like family. They also take us to the greatest dive sites to see sea horses, eels, spotted stingrays and the famous toad fish. | Our first trip to Cozumel and we had a great time with Dive Paradise. We enjoyed many wonderful dives with Omar our dive master. He did great pre-dive briefings, knew how to find the interesting sea animals and had great knowledge of each of the fantastic swimthroughs. You can take a fast boat or a more leisurely boat to many wonderful dive sites. "Apple" is the owner/manager and she is always interested in making sure your dive vacation is perfect. She stepped up and fixed a very minor wrinkle for us and made the week absolutely perfect for us. Dive Paradise is conveniently located all around Cozumel, and particularly so at the Hotel Cozumel where we stayed. Thanks for a great week of vacation and scuba diving! | Another great Scuba vacation thanks to Dive Paradise. We hired Divemaster Migul Yam as a dive buddy for our newly certified 10 year old son. He is great with kids. Told him how the dive would go. | I stayed at Hotel Cozumel and Resort during the last month of July. Everyone I encountered during my stay was helpful and courteous. Go see Jamie at the hotel. He is a great dancing waiter. Julio Kin is without a doubt the best DiveMaster I have ever had the pleasure of diving with. He was personable, kind, reliable, and knowledgeable about the reef. I can't wait to return to Cozumel and dive with Julio again. My trip overall was a great success and a needed rest before the busy school year began. | |||

| We recently returned from a trip to Cozumel. We stayed at Hotel Cozumel July 18 through July 25. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Omar was an excellent Divemaster. He was very patient with the new divers that were in our group. He told us exactly what to expect before each dive. The sailors on our boat were very attentive - from setting up our gear to helping us back in the boat after our beautiful dives. We had Rafael draw his Scubatoons of our family. This will be a treasure for years to come. This is our second trip to Cozumel and I can't wait to return! | |||

| From March 13-19th, 2009, Corri, Mark, their 2 children, Greta and I made a trip to Cozumel and stayed at Hotel Cozumel Resort. It was Mark and Corri's first time to Cozumel. The kids had a great time and Corri and I had some fantastic dives. Eventhough the current was ripping and made it hard to photograph, Corri and I were able to see alot of sea life. I have always used Dive Paradise and would recommend them to anyone. We are hoping to get back to Cozumel in March 2010 and plan to do 5 days of diving with Dive Paradise. Thanks so much to Jaime and PePe for a great time, a watchful eye, and very safe dive trips. | |||

Instead of staying at resort with all inclusive meals, saved money and had more fun eating around town. We did not go on the "fast boats". They don't have a roof or restroom. | We had a great time and were very pleased with Dive Paradise's operation. Our only comment was there needs to be a better selection on the soft drinks. We asked for Diet. However, we were not there to drink sodas. The driving was great and Miguel is a very good dive master. Looking forward to our next trip. We stayed in the Coral Reef Inn which was a great place (you have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the Hotel Barracuda to get the boat.) We really saw a lot of sea life! | |||

| My wife son and I just returned from another great dive trip to Cozumel(our 23rd trip). We have been diving with Dive Paradise for many years now having found them by a referral from freinds. This trip we used a service we haven't used before. My son took instruction for his open water certification and received his temporary card. He now has 16 dives on Cozumel! He enjoyed the classes and Instructor, (Carlos), very much. Once on the boats he immediately took to the water like a fish. Dive Paradise did a great job training our son to be a safe diver. We dove with Emilio almost everyday. What a great guy and divemaster! Thanks also to Apple, Santos, Miguel Sergio, and Jorge. We had so many requests and we were never disappointed. I highly reccomend Dive Paradise for Diving and now Instruction. Not only to they do a great job you'll have alot of fun too! | |||

| I have dove with Dive Paradise 4 times and am a certified diver. It was my sister's first time. We were only in Cozumel for 5 days and my sister was able to get a class and a scuba lesson as well as 2 afternoon boat dives on shallow reefs (Villablanca Wall and Paradise). Wonderful once in a lifetime experience for them! They had Jose as their dive master. He was awesome, very safe, fun, and let them have some "on their own time" in the water, too. | We were in Cozumel 2/28-3/7 and went diving the entire time. The staff was extrememly helpful and always nice. Julio was our dive master for most of the trips and he was absolutely wonderful. He was always looking out for things to see and you could tell he was excited about finding sealife for us. He made me feel extremely comfortable. This was our first ocean diving experience and we could not have wished for anyone better! Definitely did not want to come back to the States. | |||

| We are return divers with Dive Paradise. They make the beginner and advanced divers feel welcome. The dive masters are very aware of all of the divers in the group and I notice how they stay aware of what the newer divers are doing. The staff is helpful to make everyone feel like they are family. When conditions are favorable for diving they find a way to make up any dives that may of been missed. We are not divers that enjoy returning to the same location for diving but will continue to use Dive Paradise for many years to come. | |||

| 2 days ago I was basking in the sun on a fast boat on my way to Columbia Deep with my daughter. Today I have cleared the snow from my drive twice already with more on the way. I really miss Cozumel!! We have been using Dive Paradise since 2000 and would not consider any other dive shop on the island. DP is always accomodating and on this trip, a friend of mine decided to make the trip 2 days before we left, DP made sure Ben was on the fast boats with us. Jim at DP was great to work with and promptly returned e-mails when I was booking this trip. Miguel at the Hotel Cozumel Dive Shop was always friendly and very helpful. Our divemaster Martin was outstanding in his knowledge of diving and the reefs (and also a great guy). I will be requesting Martin to lead us on our adventures during our next trip and without question, will again be booking with Dive Paradise. | |||
